To deeply study and implement the spirit of the Party, actively explore new ideas and approaches for building grassroots Party organizations under the new circumstances, and establish a new pattern of Party building characterized by “resource sharing, complementary strengths, mutual promotion, and common improvement,” the First Party Branch of the company and the General Branch of the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Jiangsu Provincial College of Transportation Technicians held a signing ceremony for paired Party building cooperation on the afternoon of December 3. Wei Xiuping, Secretary of the First Party Branch of the company, Cao Yan, Member of the Party Committee and Vice Dean of the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Jiangsu Provincial College of Transportation Technicians, along with members of the Party branch committees and representatives of Party members from both sides, attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, the secretaries of the Party branches from both sides introduced the basic information about their respective Party organizations, their distinctive features in Party building, and their overall development status. The two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on topics such as joint construction goals, content, and mechanisms. They unanimously agreed to take this pairing and joint construction initiative as an opportunity to strengthen their ties and cooperation through various forms, including mutual promotion of organizational development, interactive engagement between Party members and cadres, shared use of Party-building platforms, and paired assistance and mutual support.

Subsequently, with the joint witness of all attendees, both sides jointly signed the “Party Building Pairing and Joint Construction Agreement.”

The signing of this Party-building pairing and joint construction agreement marks a further enhancement of the cooperative relationship between the two parties, extending beyond mere learning and exchange to comprehensive collaboration in Party organization building. This will contribute to the company’s high-quality development and also represent a valuable exploration in innovating grassroots Party-building practices.
