Job Responsibilities:

1. As the company's future production management cadre reserve training;
2. Mainly responsible for the management of daily production activities, controlling and coordinating the personnel management of the production department and various production activities;
3. Supervise and guide the production process, and at the same time carry out production quality control to ensure production quality;
4. Put forward reasonable suggestions on product quality and production process improvement;
5. Promote 5S on-site management system and realize standardized management of production workshops.

Qualifications:

1. Mechanical, industrial engineering and other related majors, 25-45 years old;
2. Strong communication and coordination skills and work responsibility;
3. Have the courage to accept challenges and work pressure, and be able to adapt to overtime;
4. Some experience in production management is preferred.
