Zhuhai Branch Successfully Completed Relocation

Zhuhai Dongfang Electric Heating Technology Co., Ltd. was originally located in Hongwan Industrial Park, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City. In January 2021, due to government land acquisition, the site was relocated to Ping Town, Jinwan District, Zhuhai City in September of the same year. In June 2023, the main construction of the new factory building was basically completed, but a series of projects such as water and electricity, pipeline network, and roads were not delivered for use. In order to meet the trial production conditions in August, Manager Xu Xiaoqing of Zhuhai Branch coordinated and commanded to overcome difficulties, arrange personnel to enter and layout in advance, install production lines, and meet production conditions on time.

On July 25th, although the construction of the new factory area was not fully completed, it had initially met the conditions for relocation. The Zhuhai branch has established a relocation team led by Xu Xiaoqing and officially launched the relocation plan. After multiple investigations, it has been found that using the moving company to move equipment, instruments, and other expenses requires a cost of 3 million RMB. In order to save expenses while not affecting normal production operations, the workshop has mobilized a small number of personnel to relocate while maintaining normal production. During the hot weather in the southern region, everyone braved the scorching heat and worked together. Under the unified scheduling of the company leadership, the team members showed high enthusiasm, positive cooperation, and solid execution. The entire relocation process lasted for more than 20 days and only cost about 300000 yuan. During this period, no safety accidents occurred, and all personnel and items landed safely. The relocation work was successfully completed within the specified time.

In August 2023, the production line of the new factory was successfully put into trial production without any abnormalities. At present, the construction of the factory area is nearing its end, and the internal production and operation are normal. The regional planning and material placement work is being carried out in an orderly manner
